The staff at Next Generation Childcare have a wide range of experience with children. They share a passion for working with children and watching children grow, develop and learn through the first few years of life.

Our Director has received her degree in Early Childhood Education from Macquarie University, and brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her many years of study.

In each of our playrooms there is a qualified staff member who has trained in Early Childhood Education for a minimum of 18 months. This staff member runs the room and is complimented by an experienced untrained staff member.

All our staff have had many years experience with children aged from 6 weeks. Their experience has been in a range of settings from Nannying, Long Day Care Centres, Before and After School Care, Preschools and being mothers.

The staff share qualities of passion, drive, enthusiasm, caring nature, early childhood knowledge and a love of all children.
